Produsera builds a modular CRM with stock, purchasing and replenishment modules, and takes on custom business software. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit produsera.com or use our products, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We collect the minimum we need to run our business.

When you contact us: your name, email, company (if you provide one), and the content of your message.

When you sign up for our CRM product: your name, email, billing information, and the data you choose to put into the product. Payment details are handled by our payment processor (Polar) and never touch our servers.

When you visit our website: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer), which we use for security and to understand how people find us.

We use your information for three reasons, and no more:

• To deliver what you asked for: reply to your message, provide the product, send you invoices.• To run our business responsibly: keep the service secure, prevent abuse, comply with tax and accounting requirements.• To talk to you about our work: only if you opt in. We don't send marketing emails to people who haven't asked for them.

We don't sell your data. We don't trade it. We don't share it with advertisers.

We do use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business:

• Contabo: servers in the EU running the application and its PostgreSQL databases. This is where your product data lives.• Vercel: hosting for this website, and the performance measurement described under Cookies below.• Cloudflare: DNS and inbound email routing for our own addresses.• Resend: transactional email — verification links, password resets, and contact-form messages you send us.• Polar: payment processing and tax compliance (merchant of record).• Microsoft: only if you choose to sign in with a Microsoft work account. If you sign up with an email address instead, Microsoft is not involved.
We may also share information if we're legally required to, for example in response to a valid court order. If this happens and we can tell you, we will.

You have the right to ask us to:

• Show you what personal data we hold about you• Correct anything that's wrong• Delete your data (where we're not required to keep it)• Export your data in a common format• Stop using your data for a specific purpose• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these, email contact@produsera.com. We'll respond within 30 days, usually sooner.

We don't set cookies on this site. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that follows you anywhere else.

We do run Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how quickly pages load. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. We strip the query string from every URL before it is sent, so nothing in a link you followed — a verification token, for instance — can leave your browser with it.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text, and cannot be read back by us. Each tenant gets its own database schema rather than sharing rows in a common table. Access to production is limited to the people who actually operate the service, which today is a very short list.

That said, no system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, within 72 hours where required.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For material changes that affect how we use your data, we'll email registered users and post a notice on the site. We won't change the policy retroactively to do something sneaky with data we already have.
