Produsera is a software company building CRM, MRP, and custom business software. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit produsera.com or use our products, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
We collect the minimum we need to run our business.
When you contact us: your name, email, company (if you provide one), and the content of your message.
When you sign up for our CRM product: your name, email, billing information, and the data you choose to put into the product. Payment details are handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and never touch our servers.
When you visit our website: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer), which we use for security and to understand how people find us.
When you contact us: your name, email, company (if you provide one), and the content of your message.

Why we collect it
We use your information for three reasons, and no more:
• To deliver what you asked for: reply to your message, provide the product, send you invoices.• To run our business responsibly: keep the service secure, prevent abuse, comply with tax and accounting requirements.• To talk to you about our work: only if you opt in. We don't send marketing emails to people who haven't asked for them.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We don't trade it. We don't share it with advertisers.
We do use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business:
• Microsoft Azure: hosting, databases, authentication. EU data stays in EU regions.• Lemon Squeezy: payment processing and tax compliance (merchant of record).• Email providers: transactional and (opt-in only) marketing emails.
We may also share information if we're legally required to, for example in response to a valid court order. If this happens and we can tell you, we will.

How long we keep it
• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months, then deleted unless you become a customer.• Customer account data: for as long as you have an account with us, plus up to 12 months after cancellation for backup and dispute-handling purposes.• Invoices and tax records: as long as Albanian and applicable EU tax law requires us to (usually 10 years).• Server logs: 90 days, then automatically rotated out.

Your rights
You have the right to ask us to:
• Show you what personal data we hold about you• Correct anything that's wrong• Delete your data (where we're not required to keep it)• Export your data in a common format• Stop using your data for a specific purpose• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Cookies
We don't use cookies on this site. No tracking, no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels.

Security
We take security seriously. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted in our Azure databases. Access to production systems is limited to the engineers who need it, with two-factor authentication required.
That said, no system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, within 72 hours where required.

Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For material changes that affect how we use your data, we'll email registered users and post a notice on the site. We won't change the policy retroactively to do something sneaky with data we already have.
