Terms of service.

What you can expect from us, what we expect from you. In plain language, without the pages of boilerplate.

The short version

These terms cover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens if things go wrong. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.

If you have a question, email contact@produsera.com. If you have a separate signed agreement with us for an enterprise engagement, that agreement takes priority over these terms.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who uses produsera.com or subscribes to our CRM product. By using the site or the service, you agree to them.

If you're using Produsera on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on the company's behalf.

Your account

When you sign up, you're responsible for:

• Providing accurate information (real name, working email).• Keeping your password secure.• Anything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.• Letting us know quickly if you think your account has been compromised.
You can have multiple team members on a single account (based on your plan's seat limit). Each person should have their own login. No sharing credentials.

Payment and subscriptions

Our CRM product is sold on a monthly subscription. Pricing is shown on the CRM page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax automatically.

Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you won't be charged again.

Price changes: if we change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it affects your subscription. You can cancel before the new price kicks in.

Refunds: we don't do prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends. If something is genuinely wrong (we failed to deliver, the service was broken for you), email us and we'll sort it out fairly.

What we provide

We provide the Produsera CRM as a service, accessible over the web. We aim for 99.9% uptime, not because a contract says so, but because we genuinely try to keep things running.

We'll improve and evolve the product over time. Occasionally we might change or remove a feature. When we do, we'll tell you in advance if it's significant.

The service is provided “as is”. We can't promise it will never have bugs or never go down. We can promise that we'll work hard to fix problems quickly when they happen.

Your data

The data you put into Produsera (your contacts, your deals, your notes) belongs to you. Full stop.

We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. We don't use it to train AI models, sell it, or share it with third parties. How we handle personal data is covered in our privacy policy.

You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export everything before we delete it. After that, we keep only what Albanian and EU tax law requires us to (typically invoices).

How you can use the service

Pretty much how you'd expect. Please don't:

• Use the service to do anything illegal.• Try to break into, reverse-engineer, or probe our systems.• Upload malicious content or spam other users.• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.• Scrape, mass-copy, or use the service to build a competing product.
If you do any of these, we may suspend or close your account. For serious cases, we'll cooperate with authorities as required.

Intellectual property

The Produsera software, brand, design, and documentation belong to us. Using the service doesn't transfer any ownership. We grant you a license to use it while your subscription is active, and that's it.

Your content (everything you put into your CRM) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process it purely so we can run the service for you.

Liability

We try hard to make Produsera reliable and useful, but we can't be responsible for every possible consequence of using software. To be clear:

• We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss beyond what backups reasonably recover).• Our total liability to you, for any claim, is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (fraud, gross negligence, etc.).

Ending the relationship

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it, unless the situation is urgent (like illegal use).

When the relationship ends, the sections of these terms that should survive (payment for past usage, liability, intellectual property, the law and jurisdiction clause) still apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business evolves. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users and post a notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can cancel before they kick in.

We won't change these terms retroactively to do something unfair to existing customers.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us go to the courts of Tirana.

If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
